The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi and features three Roku TVs – in the living room and in each bedroom. This quiet secured residence is mostly occupied by Military, retired families, and a Sheriff residence on the other end of the street. The House is situated in between Santa Rosa Island Beach & Walmart shopping Center just over 3 miles each way, 3.6 miles to Gulfarium Marine Adventure and Beach on Santa Rosa Blvd, 2.2 Miles to Walmart Supercenter and FWB Landing Park. Only 6 minutes to white sand beaches, fishing piers, and popular attractions. Only 1.0 mile to Preston Hood Athletic Complex, Sound Park 1.8 Miles, and 1.9 miles to Liza Jackson Park for picnics, fishing and Boat Ramp Access. Close to both military bases, only 5.4 miles to Hulbert Field Air Force Base, and 6.1 miles to Eglin Air Force Base.

The Space:

A comfortable living room affords plenty of space to sit back and relax, a small desk for computer use of unfinished business, 3 TVs Livingroom 55” TV with ROKU, Master bedroom 42” TV & DVD Combo/with ROKU, and in 2nd bedroom 42” TV with ROKU. Where you can connect to the free Wi-Fi anyway in the house and stream your favorite movie on the 49-inch flat-screen Smart TV with ROKU.

The Primary Bedroom features a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the  living room can have a single sleep roll up bed.

Test your skills in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the necessary appliances to whip up a seaside feast! Enjoy your culinary creation at the adjacent dining room table or take your dinner outside to the patio where you can use the charcoal grill and sit at the picnic table in the fresh air.

We also provide a clothes washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, for your use, along with some beach items.

After days spent beaching, golfing, bar hoping, fishing on the nearby pier and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico on the Emerald Cost, retreat to the comfortable bedroom and fall asleep in the plush King-sized or Queen-sized bed. In the morning enjoy coffee or tea provided for your enjoyment. Refresh in the pristine full bathroom before heading out to discover everything that Fort Walton Beach has to offer!

Guest Access:

The house has two parts; the front quarters and the back quarters.
We only rent out the front quarters. It's totally private and exclusively for our guests.

 

All front parts of the house, including the BBQ area by the car port, are exclusively for our renters. The locked closet spaces inside the house are not accessible to our guests.

The back quarter, a smaller separate quarter, is sometimes occupied.
When the back unit is occupied, the occupants will be parking on the far side of the driveway marked as “back unit” so as not to be in the way of parking for our guests.

Things to Note:

You are renting the entire front of the house, there is no access to the backyard or the back room. This area is separate and private, which is not accessible during your stay. The back room may be occasionally occupied but they will not be sharing anything with the front part of the house or communicating with our guests. The cleaning team may periodically access the backyard by way of the side of the locked fence.

Once a month there may be a yard maintenance person who comes to cut the grass around the outside the house, there will be no reason for him to go inside the house or contacting our guests in anyway.

A car may be parked on the next "far left" on the other driveway space apart from the house for services and maintenance parking.

 

Other Things to Note:

If you need any extra items that are not provided by us you can get in touch with cribconnection.com, they can provide items and services to you for a fee.
They do have more items to offer for rent than just the crib, they will drop off and pick up any items they rent. Our cleaning team can also offer a High Chair and Pick N Play for a small fee if needed.
